Matthew Horn of PEI, 1865-1917

Seated: Matthew Horn, 1865-1917. He was the youngest son and youngest child of Thomas Horn and Jane Gavin of Prince Edward Island. His father died at 50 and Matthew at 52. Matthew was married to Sarah Jane McLean.
Standing: James Hardy - Matthew's sister, Agnes, was married to a Joseph Hardy. I am not sure if this is the same man. Could they both be Horn men??? Perhaps Matthew and his brother Thomas Jr. who was just a few years older??

Son of Alfred Hammond and Margaret Gavin, grandson of Robert Gavin (younger brother of the Jane Gavin mentioned above) and Margaret Forbes Horn (daughter of Robert Downie Horn, niece of Thomas Horn, mentioned above)

Ross Horn and Harold Hammond were cousins who lived in different provinces and never met.
